Soft skills training programs are normally expensive which makes it financially straining through these difficult times. Our programs can cost as little as R95 per employee depending on the package. That’s unbelievable value for such a fee! Every employee gets to keep the CD so that they can listen to it and benefit over and over again.

For the benefit of some people who have a short concentration span, the running time of each compact disc is approximately 20-25 minutes. The talks are dynamic focusing on the real issues at hand. We always try hard to avoid the unnecessary use of complicated terminology that will confuse our members. Through the use of a very simplified code we successfully breakthrough all language barriers thus delivering the talk in a way that is easy for all to understand clearly.

Each employee will receive their own personal copy of the chosen topic on a monthly basis to keep.
Each employee will complete a questionnaire compiled by Godfrey Madanhire every two months, testing them on knowledge gained from the motivational material.
At the end of the 6 month period each employee will receive a Dreamworld Promotions certificate congratulating them on completing the course.
At the end of the program the top performing employee will receive a mystery prize and Dreamworld merchandise including a cap, t-shirt and sweater.
The top performing employees will automatically be invited to our annual Dreamworld Promotions Rally, a whole day event full of fun, prizes and awards acknowledging each individuals success.
